How do I make a barista-style coffee at home using Alpro’s Barista Almond Milk For Professionals?
Making a perfect cafe style barista coffee couldn’t be simpler using Alpro’s almond milk. Simply use freshly ground coffee and add hot water. Not boiling water as it could burn the coffee. A temperature between 92-96°C is perfect.
If using a french press, spoon out the optimum amount of coffee, add the hot water and stand for 3-4 minutes. Whilst the coffee is brewing, heat or steam the milk in a jug and whisk to a soft froth. Push down the press, and pour into a mug or cup.
Top with the frothy milk to create the perfect barista style coffee.
Perfect for making cappuccinos, this oat milk froths really well and has a rich, really creamy texture.
actually froths up
Good price (this is £2 in my local supermarket!) and froths up perfectly for a cappucino... something id been missing with my regular oat milk!
