How do you make Chia Seed Egg?
Chia seed eggs have taken the world by storm and they’re certainly not stopping anytime soon! The main reason for this is because when chia seeds are mixed with water and left on the side, they swell up to a gelatinous substance. This makes them an excellent binder and great for swapping out eggs.
To make one egg equivalent:
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
3 tbsp Water
Stir, leave for 5 mins and watch them transform! If you want a smooth egg texture, simply grind up the chia seeds and it’ll do exactly the same.
