Raw Health’s Organic Black Raw Chia Seeds are incredibly versatile. Soaked in water, or a liquid of your choice, they turn jelly-like. This method can be used to turn them into pudding, mousse, jam and more.

They expand up to 10x and you can alter the chia-to-liquid ratio depending on what texture you want. We recommend a ratio of 1 part chia to 4 parts liquid but feel free to experiment.
Alternatively, you can add them to baked goods and no-bake treats, such as energy balls, to increase your intake of nutrients. Or opt to simply sprinkle them on salads or breakfast bowls. Easy!
