These Poppy Seed Sourdough Crackers are made with Peter’s Yard’s signature sourdough starter, which ferments for 16 hours. This flavoursome sourdough is mixed with natural ingredients, such as British rapeseed oil, wheat flour, rye flour and white and black poppy seeds.
High in fibre and low in sugar, these Poppy Seed Sourdough Crackers make a great snack or an addition to a charcuterie board. Their crispy and thin texture makes a perfect match with jams, fruits and vegan cheeses!
