These delicious, ever so tart and acidic red fruits are packed with nutrients. One cup contains 25% of your recommended daily requirement of Vitamin C and 16% manganese. They’re crammed with antioxidants, which gives it that lush deep red colour.
Natural Cool’s cranberries are Individual Quick Frozen (IQF), a method used to instantly freeze fruit and veg. By doing so, all of the cranberries’ nutritional value and flavour are kept intact. So much so, it’s even considered more nutritious than fresh produce!

Directions for use
Take your desired portion out of the package and rinse under cold water. Don’t let it defrost because it’ll lose its crunchy bite. Use bowls made from plastic, glass or stainless steel because cranberries are very acidic.
Once unfrozen, do not refreeze.
