Spanish Omelette At Last
I was always a big egg eater before I went vegan and LOVED and omelette for brunch. These work so well. I add Turmeric to get the colour.
Great for Quiche
I used this to make a quiche and would definitely do it again! I wasn't sure what the texture would be like but it worked perfectly alongside red peppers and tomatoes. Quiches are back on the menu for vegans!
