Clearspring’s Organic Japanese Udon Noodles are authentically made using the roll and cut method. After that, the noodles are slowly dried (it takes 3 days!), allowing flavours to develop. 

Clearspring’s Organic Japanese Udon Noodles are full of protein and fibre. And they’re easy to prepare. All you need is 10 minutes and you have delicious noodles waiting for broth or waiting to be stir-fried. Use them to prepare whichever Asian or Western-inspired meals you crave!

How much water do I need to boil Clearspring’s Organic Japanese Udon Noodles?

For every serving of Clearspring’s Organic Japanese Udon Noodles you want to prepare, you’ll need about 2 litres of water. As a point of reference, 100 grams is one serving.

Bring the water to boil before dropping the noodles in and then simmer for 10 minutes.
