I like to keep a box of tofu in my cupboard for emergencies. This Clearspring tofu has the perfect firmness and keeps its shape really well, making it great for a lot of the Chinese dishes we make at home. It's super smooth and has a really fresh taste. I will be buying this one again as I've just used my last box!

This is such a good silken tofu. Really smooth. Blends so well with oil and mustard to make vegan Mayo. Have used it as an egg substitute in brownies too. So useful.

This is my favourite brand of silken tofu as it tastes really clean and i love the texture. I tend to eat it cold as it is, with some chilli oil and soy sauce over it, or whatever toppings i feel like. Really easy to chop up and put on top of noodles or rice, or miso soups
