Great for homemade vegan Mayo
This is such a good silken tofu. Really smooth. Blends so well with oil and mustard to make vegan Mayo. Have used it as an egg substitute in brownies too. So useful.
favourite silken tofu
This is my favourite brand of silken tofu as it tastes really clean and i love the texture. I tend to eat it cold as it is, with some chilli oil and soy sauce over it, or whatever toppings i feel like. Really easy to chop up and put on top of noodles or rice, or miso soups
