Frequently Asked Questions
How do I cook Better Nature Tender Roast Tempeh Bites?
You can cook Better Nature Tender Roast Tempeh Bites in a few ways: pan-fried, roasted/baked, and in a sauce.
For the best taste, pan-fry them: heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan on a medium heat. Once hot, add in the bites and fry for about 5 minutes, turning them so they brown and crisp on all sides.
If you want to cook them in the oven, set it to 200˚C. Either line a roasting dish with greaseproof paper or cover the surface with vegetable oil. Add the bites and cook in the oven for about 20 minutes, turning them over halfway through.
Finally, you can cook them in a sauce, casserole, chilli or curry by adding them into the pot while hot and simmering for about 5 minutes until cooked through.
