Although it’s delicious cooked naked, Better Nature Organic Smoked Tempeh is great at absorbing flavours from marinades. It can then be baked, fried, steamed or BBQ’d and served in a variety of ways.
Why not try marinating it in sesame seed oil and soy sauce before adding it to a vegan stir fry with mixed veg and vermicelli noodles? We dare you!

What’s the difference between Tempeh and Tofu?
While both Tempeh and Tofu are made from soya beans, they are pretty different in terms of taste and texture.
Tofu is made from curdled soy milk which is then processed into a block. Tempeh, on the other hand, uses whole soybeans that are cooked and fermented before being formed into a block. As a result, tempeh has more taste and a much denser texture.
