You will need:
500g Doves Farm Organic White Spelt Flour
150g mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, flax etc.)
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp dried yeast
500ml warm water
Directions: Mix all ingredients together, put in oiled 900g (2lb) loaf tin and bake for 1hr at 200C.
Enjoy with vegan butter and your favourite jam, or alongside a warming bowl of soup!
