Instructions of use

Add salts to a warm bath, 37-39°C is the ideal temperature. Relax and soak for at least 20 minutes. For your regular exercise routine, use around 100-250g (1/2-1 cup) approximately 2-3 times per week, ideally after exercise.

Following intense exercise, such as a marathon or triathlon, you may want to use a full 500g - 1kg after the event to help prevent DOMS. Make sure to consult a doctor before use if pregnant or breastfeeding.

Magnesium Sulphate

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do you recommend bathing at a temperature of 37-39°C?

When at its natural temperature of around 37°C, the body just works at its best. Thus it isn’t a stretch that some prefer baths that are at a slightly warmer temperature because they are more calming and comfortable.

However, if you have extremely hot baths at a temperature higher than 39°C, it could have the opposite effect. The reason for this is that the body becomes stressed and tries to cool itself down. On the other hand, it is also not ideal to have the water be colder than natural body temperature, as the body will be working to maintain its temperature and will also not benefit from muscle relaxation.
