Frequently Asked Questions
What dish can I make with Explore Cuisine’s Organic Edamame & Spirulina Spaghetti?
We recommend making fritters with your leftover Explore Cuisine’s Organic Edamame & Spirulina Spaghetti (if you have any of this delicious spaghetti left). They’re quick and easy to make and full of goodness. You can make the fritters plain or add Crazy Jack’s Organic Pine Nuts, grated I Am Nut Ok’s NeroMinded Black Truffle Cheese, and finely chopped fresh basil.
Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan; once hot, lower the heat. Use your hands and a tablespoon to mould your pre-boiled Explore Cuisine Organic Edamame & Spirulina Spaghetti (and other ingredients if you’ve added them) into patties. Fry on one side and then the other until both are nice and crispy.
As Explore Cuisine Organic Edamame & Spirulina Spaghetti is high in protein and low carb you can then eat the fritters in a bun like a vegan burger without getting too full. If you’d prefer a lighter meal, they’re scrumptious served on a bed of rocket and spinach with Follow Your Heart’s Organic Vegan Caesar Salad Dressing. Or just dip them into Follow Your Heart’s Organic Vegenaise Garlic Aioli as a fun snack or starter. Enjoy!
