Clearspring Organic Extra Rich Coconut Cream is thick, creamy, and delicious, made solely from water and organically grown Sri Lankan coconuts that have been shelled, shredded, pressed, and filtered. 

The mildly sweet flavour of this cream comes from the natural flavour of the coconuts, but is neutral enough to use in sweet or savoury dishes.
It can also be whipped making it perfect for vegan baking as a replacement for dairy cream.
