Yes! Biona Organic Tempeh is a fantastic plant-based and high protein alternative to minced meat or other vegan mince substitutes. Tempeh is great at soaking up flavours from a rich sauce, which means it is perfect for vegan bolognese or chilli.
To make your tempeh mince, simply crumble up Biona Organic Tempeh into small pieces. You can do this by grating it on a box grater, or roughly chopping it. Sizzle in a hot pan with olive oil before adding to your sauce.
