How long does Kimchi last?
Because Kimchi is fermented, it has a longer shelf life than other typical jarred foods. At room temperature, it lasts around 1 week after opening. If you keep it in the fridge, it can last up to around 3-6 months and it’ll keep fermenting until you’ve eaten it all!
Biona’s Organic Kimchi is recommended to be consumed within 2 weeks of opening
Nice but not spicy enough
This kimchi tastes nice but it’s not not as spicy as kimchi should be, so a little disappointing.
I Love Kimchi
This has been my go-to Kimchi because it tastes just like the Kimchi I had when traveling in Korea, and it's a perfect balance of flavors. I honestly eat it out of the jar with a spoon.

This kimchi is not too spicy. I feel that kimchi can be hit and miss but have always loved the balanced taste with the Biona Kimchi.
