Only the finest golden, earthy and organic potatoes are used as well as wonderfully versatile chickpea flour. This combination creates a subtly nutty, quick-cook pasta that will be a hit with the whole crew.

Biona’s Fresh Chickpea Gnocchi are chilled and ready to eat. You can either fry them in fragrant olive oil with rosemary for 3-4 minutes until crispy or you can add them to boiled water and simmer them for 2-3 minutes. Add your favourite sauce and enjoy!
