My biggest struggle since becoming vegan has been missing cheese toasties. For me, there is literally nothing better. But, this applewood cheese has changed the game!!! Not only does it melt great, but the smokey taste sets it apart from other vegan cheeses which (for me) leave a lot to be desired. Try this in a toastie with some onion and mustard - trust me, you won't be disappointed.
