Once you’ve removed your tofu from its packaging and drained off the excess water, just pop the block in the inner tub and close it up using the elastic bands and handles. 

Then all you have to do is put it in the fridge and leave the tofu press to work its magic. 

How long you leave your tofu pressing in the fridge depends on what you are using your tofu to make. Basically the longer you leave it, the firmer it will become!
