Product Overview

This plant-based roast from Tofurky is a delicious alternative to the classic roast we all know and love. It’s packed with a tasty wild rice stuffing and doused in a thick herby gravy that’s bound to make your mouth water!

The Tofurky roast is made from wheat and tofu and is a fantastic source of protein. It is also non-GMO verified and free from chemicals and preservatives!

Baste it, carve it, and serve it alongside your favourite trimmings on a Sunday or as part of your Christmas dinner. The leftovers also go great in a sandwich!

How to Prepare

Preparing the Roast: If frozen, thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours before cooking. Remove plastic casing and clips and place in a pan lined with foil or in a casserole dish with a lid. If using a baste, pour it over the roast and then cover or wrap your roast securely. Preheat the oven to 175°C and cook your Tofurky roast for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove cover and pour over remaining baste. Cook uncovered for a further 10 minutes.

Preparing the Gravy: Mix contents with 240ml of water in a pan. Bring to the boil and stir. Reduce heat and simmer until thickened.
