Frequently Asked Questions

What does low GI mean?

Foods with a low GI (Glycemic Index) raise your blood sugar levels slowly and over a longer period of time. Foods with a high GI can cause your blood sugar levels spike quickly and then crash. Low GI foods are preferred by sufferers of diabetes as they can help manage blood sugar levels and leave you feeling fuller for longer.
