Chestnuts can also be used to make desserts, cakes, cookies, and of course chestnut puree. Bring one jar’s worth of St Dalfour Whole Chestnuts to the boil in 100ml of plant milk with ½ tbsp sugar and ½ tsp vanilla extract. Simmer for about 20 minutes, then pour into a food processor and blend until smooth.
