Out with the old and in with the new. Rude Health’s Puffed Brown Rice is made from brown rice, grown in the organic fields of Italy’s Po Valley. It’s light, crispy and completely free from sugars, saturated oils and artificial nasties. Just pure, simple and organic goodness!
Puffed rice, but only better. Rude Health’s Puffed Rice doesn’t make a sound when you pour milk over it, and there’s a reason why. Alternatives are typically refined, where they’re pulped, reconstructed, sugar-coated & flash-fried, which makes them react when combined with a liquid.
Rude Heath simply compresses their grains and release the pressure. They don’t process or refine their ingredients at all, so you can enjoy the pure taste of natural ingredients!
Enjoy this delicious crunchy delight with non-dairy milk and top with banana, berries, or a sprinkle of sugar. Want to get creative? Try out vegan marshmallows squares or make a vegan Indian Borugulu!

How do you make the Perfect Vegan Marshmallow Square?
Marshmallow squares are the perfect combo of sweet, chewy and crispy. These little pockets of delights are super easy to make and a guaranteed people pleaser. The following recipe is adapted from Nora Cooks’ delicious recipe:
All you need is:
3/4 cup vegan butter (the more buttery, the better!)
2x 285g bags of vegan marshmallows
2 tsp of tahini (to make it extra creamy. Optional)
1/2 vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
8 cups Rude Heath Puffed Brown Rice
Melt the butter in a large pan and then add the marshmallows.
Stir until melted and then remove from heat.
Add the tahini, vanilla extract, salt and stir.
Once it’s all mixed, add the puffed rice and voila!
Pour the mixture into a lightly buttered 9 x 13-inch baking tray with baking paper.
Leave to cool for one hour and enjoy!
