Frequently Asked Questions

What does it mean that the ingredients in these superfood seeds have been ‘sprouted’?

Sprouted foods are those that have started to grow into baby plants. The advantage of consuming foods that have sprouted is that they have more available nutrients such as, folate, iron, protein, magnesium, zinc, and vitamin C.

Grains that have been sprouted also tend to contain less starch than non-sprouted grains, which makes them easier for our body to digest.
