How do I use Optima 100% Pure Lecithin Granules in cooking and baking?
Dissolve your desired amount of Optima 100% Pure Lecithin Granules in hot water for around 30 minutes before using.
For use in baking, add the granules to the wet ingredients (for example, plant milk or oil).
When using as a thickener in soups and sauces, add the granules once all the other ingredients are added and cooked through. Use ½ tsp granules for every 230ml of sauce and whisk thoroughly for around 1 min until the mixture is thickened.
For salad dressing, you can whisk the granules directly into the oil.
