How do I dispose of Natracare Panty Liners?

You can wrap them in the original wrapper and throw them in a regular (or human waste) bin. Or if you are at home, toss them into the compost bin! They are totally biodegradable and are considered brown compost. 

How often should I change my liner?

We recommend changing them every 3 to 5 hours, but you might need to change them more or less frequently depending on your flow.
