Are you a pesto person? What about a red pesto with a bit more bite? Then look no further than Mr Organic’s Vegan Chilli & Garlic Pesto. Made in Italy using sweet and creamy peppers blended with feisty chilli and gorgeous garlic, it’s full of flavour.
This nut, soy, and gluten-free pesto is absolutely exquisite mixed in with hot or cold pasta. We love it with La Bio Idea’s Organic Red Lentil Fusilli Pasta for a delicious gluten-free and protein-rich pasta dish. Mr Organic Vegan Chilli & Garlic Pesto is also a great addition to soup, or even to use as a dip.

Can I use Mr Organic Vegan Chilli & Garlic Pesto as a pizza sauce?
Yes! We love Mr Organic Vegan Chilli & Garlic Pesto as a spicier sauce on a homemade vegan pizza. Well, we say homemade, but who has time to make a pizza base from scratch (hats off to you if you do!)? Which is why we use Biona’s Organic Spelt Flour Pizza Bases.
Simply spread your Mr Organic Vegan Chilli & Garlic Pesto onto the Pizza base, add vegan cheese and toppings and then bake until the cheese is molten and slightly crisp (about 15 mins at 200˚C).
If you’re stuck as to what cheese and toppings will go best, we recommend Bute Island’s Grated Mozzarella Style Sheese, sliced Raw Health’s Organic Raw Kalamata Olives in Raw Extra Virgin Olive Oil, thinly sliced aubergine, and a sprig of fresh basil for garnishing.
