To make grilled Vietnamese kebabs:
Generously coat some seitan and vegetables of your choice such as aubergine, broccoli and mushrooms in Mekhala’s Organic Lemongrass Turmeric Paste and marinade for 4 hours or overnight.
Thread the seitan pieces and vegetables onto kebab sticks and grill on a barbeque or in the oven until the seitan is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
