Deliciously simple and carefully crafted on the Isle of Mull in Scotland, Island Bakery’s Organic Original Oatcakes are the one true oatcake. Crunchy and satisfying; they are made with organic oats and olive oil. 

These oatcakes pair perfectly with a dollop of chutney and a charcuterie of vegan cheese. They also go well with vegetable pates and mezzes.

Island Bakery is the only bakery in the world that uses sustainably-sourced woodchips to heat its biscuit ovens. Their factory is powered entirely by a hydroelectric turbine on the nearby Tobermory river.
