Frequently Asked Questions
What is the best way to serve this vegan cheese?
I Am Nut Ok American Style Melting Cheese is just begging to be paired with cauliflower popcorn. Preheat the oven to 200˚C. Once hot, add generous amounts of vegetable oil to a roasting dish and put in the oven until oil is warm.
Make a batter using plant milk, flour (Gram or corn for gluten-free), chilli powder, powdered black pepper, and salt: whisk together in a mixing bowl. In another mixing bowl make a breading with breadcrumbs , polenta, smoked paprika, and cumin.Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
Dip the florets into the batter and then the breading, then place in the roasting dish. Cook for about 10 minutes, turn them over and cook for another 10. Sit the cooked cauliflower popcorn on to kitchen roll to remove excess oil. Then, grate I Am Nut Ok American Style Melting Cheese on top and blast under the grill until the cheese melts. Enjoy hot, and with chilli sauce for an extra kick.
