A complete and utter classic, falafels are a wonderful, versatile and delicious veggie food. Goodlife has now taken it one step further by making them completely gluten-free. Super low in saturated fat, Goodlife Falafels with Chickpea, Cumin and Coriander can be enjoyed in a multitude of ways.

Whether you just have them with a few dips as a mezze, put them on a flat bread or wrap, you won’t be able to get enough of the amazing blend of earthy chickpeas, onions, and parsley, along with just the right amount of spice. 

They are all-natural too, as there are no artificial colours, additives or preservatives in these balls of wonder. Can truly be enjoyed by all as these falafels contain no allergens either.

Preparing them couldn’t be easier!

Grill: Preheat grill to medium. Place falafels on the grill for 12 minutes, turning regularly.

Oven: Preheat oven to 200°C /Fan 180°C /Gas 6. Remove all packaging and place falafels onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 15 minutes.


Chickpea (69%), Onion (18%), Rapeseed Oil, Parsley, Salt, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Lemon Juice, Black Pepper, Chilli Powder.
