Product Overview

Fushi Organic Argan Oil is unrefined Argan oil sourced from plants grown in southwestern Morocco. Each kernel used in this oil is handpicked by Berber women who specialise in selecting kernels and extracting Argan oil. The kernels are then cold-pressed and bottled raw, with no artificial colours, fragrance or preservatives.

Each 100 ml bottle is derived from approximately 375-500 g of untoasted Argan nuts!

When used on the skin, Argan oil regulates sebum production, smoothens rough patches and makes it soft, without being too greasy. It has a comedogenic rating of zero (0), so you can safely use it as a moisturiser without worrying about clogged pores.

When applied to hair, the oil helps to minimize frizz and gives it a healthy sheen. It may also be used on the scalp to relieve itching.

Fushi Organic Argan Oil can be used as an all-over body oil that is safe to use around the eyes, lips, sensitized skin or minor burns.

Ingredients

Cold-pressed, unrefined, 100% organic Argan (Argania spinosa) oil.

Frequently asked questions

What makes Fushi Organic Argan Oil special?

Argan oil extraction is an age-old Berber tradition. For some time, it has been a secret among the Berber women of Morocco. While a number of pressing plants that offer lower prices have popped up in Morocco, Fushi strives to source its ingredients in the most ethical way possible.

Fushi sources its Argan oil from all-women cooperatives in southwestern Morocco, whilst providing them with a source of income and helping them become independent.
