What is the story behind Freee?

Freee by Doves Farm is a family-run business based in the UK. It was founded by Clare Marriage in 1978 after her mother discovered she couldn’t eat gluten. Clare was determined for her mother to enjoy food again, and so set out to develop recipes to make the gluten-free lifestyle more manageable.
