You’ll need 5 teabags of Dragonfly Rooibos Vanilla, 50g sugar, 170g flour to sieve, ¼ tsp salt, 25g of icing sugar, 2 tsp of plant-based milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 115g coconut oil, 1 vanilla pod, and 15g demerara sugar.
Heat your pan over medium heat and add the contents of 5 Dragonfly Organic Rooibos Vanilla teabags. Toast until dark and aromatic for around 2 minutes and transfer into a bowl to cool down. When cool, add the sugar, flour, salt, and icing sugar and mix well. Add the milk, vanilla extract, coconut oil, and vanilla pod and mix.
Flour your surface and roll the dough into a sausage shape. Sprinkle demerara sugar onto the surface and roll the dough to cover it. Leave in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes.
