Product Overview

Finally! Gnocchi that’s both vegan and gluten-free. Difatti’s Gluten-Free Gnocchi are delicious potato and pasta dumplings made with the finest potatoes, rice and corn flour instead of wheat. They hold their shape just like traditional gnocchi and taste just as good.

Difatti Gluten-Free Gnocchi is quick and easy to cook. Just add the dumplings to a pot of boiling water (with a splash of oil and pinch of salt) and simmer for two minutes. Then drain and serve with your favourite pasta sauce.

Difatti Gluten-Free Gnocchi - Plain

You can’t go wrong with a classic, and Difatti’s Plain Gnocchi is an absolute classic. We recommend going traditional with these. Pair them with molten Mergulo’s Original Cashew Nut-But*er, toasted Crazy Jack’s Organic Pine Nuts, fried mushrooms and garlic, topped with fresh basil and I Am Nut Ok’s Oh Grate! Grated Italian Cheese Alternative.

Difatti Gluten-Free Gnocchi - Spinach

Boasting a beautiful green colour, Difatti’s Spinach Gnocchi is tasty and nutrient-rich. Spinach is a source of iron, folate and potassium as well as vitamins A, C and K. Why not serve them with Mr Organic’s Organic Vegan Basil Pesto, tender stem broccoli and THIS Isn't Bacon Plant-Based Lardons.

Difatti Gluten-Free Gnocchi - Tomato

Difatti’s tantalising Tomato Gnocchi is glorious in colour and taste. We love this gnocchi with Le Conserve Della Nonna’s Red Pesto Sauce, roasted cherry tomatoes and chunks of MozzaRisella’s Original Vegan Cheese. Finish the dish with a drizzle of Biona’s Organic Extra Virgin Italian Olive Oil and Maldon Crystal Salt.

Difatti Gluten-Free Gnocchi - Pumpkin & Quinoa

Finally, Difatti’s Pumpkin & Quinoa Gnocchi is fabulously orange and full of goodness. They are heavenly with cubed and roasted butternut squash, I Am Nut Ok’s Fetamorphosis Marinated Not Cheese, and toasted walnut pieces; topped off with fresh parsley and chunkily ground Suma Wholefoods’ Black Pepper Corns.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I fry Difatti Gluten-Free Gnocchi?

Yes, you absolutely can and should pan-fry Difatti Gluten-Free Gnocchi. While this gnocchi is great when boiled, it becomes a completely new food when fried: crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside.

For best results flash boil for 1 minute, drain and use kitchen roll to get rid of excess moisture. Then heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan on a medium heat, once hot add the gnocchi. Pan-fry and frequently turn until they are golden-brown all over. Serve with your favourite sauce and vegan cheese.
