How do I cook with The No-Egg Egg?

To bake with The No-Egg Egg, it's recommended that you reduce the temperature of your original recipe by 10°C, then cook it for an extra 15 mins to get the perfect consistency. As all ovens are a little different, cooking time will vary so the best method is to check on your baked goods regularly.

To make a portion (120g) of vegan scrambled eggs, add your No-Egg Egg to a heated nonstick pan with a little oil drizzled in it, stir immediately and continuously for 3-5 mins until it reaches your favourite scrambled consistency!

If making scrambled No-Egg in the microwave, put it in for 1 min, remove and stir.

Microwave for another minute, stir again, let rest for another minute, then serve.
