How do I cook Clearspring’s Organic GF Brown Rice Noodles?
Simply soak for 10 minutes in freshly boiled water and they’re done! Or you can just add to cold water and let them sit for 30 minutes. For soups, chuck in the softened noodles or let them stew and cook in the hot broth. When adding to Pad Thai put the soaked noodles in last to avoid them breaking up. Cooking noodles has never been so simple!
