Brought to you in a totally recyclable packet, these magnesium flakes are suitable for all ages, even during pregnancy and breastfeeding. 

It is also the easiest thing to set up: if in a bath, add 250g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 2 cups). Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase the amount for a more intensive experience if you so desire. If in a foot bath, add 150g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
