How To Prepare

Add ½ the pack of Artisan Grain’s Golden Couscous Ready Meal to a heat-proof bowl. Stir in 150ml of boiling water. Cover the bowl with a dish towel and leave for 5 minutes. Add olive oil, salt and pepper to taste and fluff with a fork. These meals can be eaten hot or cold, with roasted figs, pomegranate seeds or plant-based yoghurt.
