Unless of course, someone makes it for you…

This ready-made Cashew & Cranberry Nut Roast from Artisan Grains is gluten-free and super quick and easy to make! It already comes in a recyclable oven tray, so all you have to do is add a little water and pop it in the oven for 30 to 40 mins and voila! You have a deliciously crunchy, flavoursome Nut Roast at your disposal!

Made with crunchy cashew nuts, peanuts and mixed veg, this Nut Roast is a good source of both protein and fibre.

Flavoured with the sharp sweetness of cranberries, aromatic and earthy dried mushrooms, sweet red peppers and a blend of mixed herbs, this Cashew & Cranberry Nut Roast is bursting with flavour and goodness!

Frequently Asked Questions

What do you eat with Nut Roast?

Traditionally, Nut Roast has been used to replace the meat in a British roast dinner.

However, there are many other ways to enjoy a Nut Roast! It is delicious alongside steamed green vegetables or cold alongside salad and coleslaw. And of course, it makes a great sandwich the next day after a roast dinner - try combining with roast veg, mustard and vegan mayonnaise!
