How do I make chocolate protein pancakes?
To make enough delicious pancakes to serve 4-6 people, mix together: 300g of self-raising flour, 1 tsp of baking powder, 400ml of Alpro Plant Protein Soya Chocolate Drink and a pinch of salt.
Once the mixture is smooth, heat a little oil in a frying pan. Ladle 2 tbsp of the mixture into the pan for each pancake. You should be able to fit 2-3 pancakes into the pan to make small chunky pancakes. Once bubbles begging to appear and the edges begging to curl, flip them, cook for 1-2 mins more and serve!
These are delicious with fresh fruit, nut butter, or vegan chocolate spread if you want something even more chocolaty.
