Tiba Tempeh Organic Smoky BBQ Burgers are the UK’s first tempeh burgers, boasting more protein than many beef burgers – a staggering 22g per 100g!

Pan-fry in 1tbsp oil for 3 minutes per side or bake in a 180˚C oven for 15 minutes.

Keep in the fridge. Suitable for home freezing.
