Frequently Asked Questions

Is it bad to eat a lot of soybeans?

No, the soybean is a healthy legume. Though there have been claims that ‘isoflavones’ or ‘phytoestrogens’ in soy could have negative effects on hormones, the general consensus is isoflavones are thousands of times weaker than oestrogen and soy doesn’t affect testosterone at all.

Soybeans are also rich in nutrients. They are high in essential nutrients and minerals and offer relatively complete amino acids.
