Suma’s Organic Rustic Vegetable soup contains all our favourite organic, nutrient-rich vegetables that when combined create a warming, flavourful soup. Chunks of sweet potatoes, carrots, haricot beans and kale are deepened by a rich vegetable bouillon.

If you are using a hob, cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally and making sure the soup is cooked thoroughly! If you are cooking the soup in a microwave, place it in a suitable covered container for two minutes on full power, stir and then reheat for another minute!
