Seitan is made by mixing wheat flour with water to form a dough. The dough is kneaded until strands of gluten protein develop. Then, the dough is rinsed to remove the starch, leaving only the mass of pure gluten protein.

LoveSeitan seasons their pure premium seitan with herbs and spices and shapes it into patties. These are then covered with crispy breadcrumbs and flash fried, meaning you only need to cook the burgers for 10-12 minutes!
