Itsu’s Miso'Easy Traditional Miso is made with love near Tokyo, in the Nagano Valley, Japan. With a very light taste and texture, Itsu’s miso is high in protein and full of nutrients, minerals and vitamins. It’s great consumed on its own and as part of dishes, marinades, glazes and dressings.

The story of Itsu dates back to 1994 when its owner went to Tokyo and was inspired by the beauty and precision of the food there. 3 years later Itsu was founded, opening its doors in Chelsea and serving delicious products like Itsu - Miso'Easy. This traditional Miso is a staple of Japanese cuisine.

This vegan, gluten-free miso soup paste from Itsu contains 21 kcal per serving and has no artificial flavours or colours. Enjoy a soul-warming bowl or mug of miso in less than 5 minutes- it’s so easy to make!

Preparation:

To prepare as a soup simply empty the contents of a miso sachet into a small mug or bowl. Add 200ml of hot water and stir. Enjoy!
