In 2007 a group of farmers gathered together with a passion in their hearts to create whole organic products. They founded La Goccia farm and work with external farmers to stock quality grains while keeping their work eco-friendly. 

40% of the energy they use is co-generated by their production processes and another 58% comes from the certified renewable energy sources they buy. The remaining 2% comes from the photovoltaic system installed on the roof of their farm.
