Though they come frozen, they contain natural ingredients and absolutely no artificial flavourings or preservatives. They are also completely free from allergens!
Goodlife’s veggie balls can be a savoury snack or served as your main course. A serving of four oven-baked balls already contains about 10 grams of protein! They’re also wonderful when topped in pasta dishes or just accompanied with a tomato sauce.

How do you prepare Goodlife Vegetable Protein Balls with Spinach & Kale?
They can be cooked even in their frozen state - no need to thaw them out. Preheat your oven to these settings: 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. Place the veggie balls onto a non-stick baking tray in the centre of the oven for 12-13 minutes. Make sure to turn them once.
Once you thaw these veggie balls, do not refreeze them again.
