How To Use

To use this menstrual cup, fold the cup and insert it into the applicator, keeping the string inside the applicator. Insert the applicator inside the vagina. Once it is comfortably inside, push the applicator plunger using your finger to push the cup into the correct position. Remove the applicator and you’re good to go!

If you want to insert it without an applicator, just fold your menstrual cup and then push the cup into your vagina. Once inserted adjust the cup so that it is open and forming a suction. To remove, just pull the string.

Sterilize your cup before the beginning of each cycle. Fill the sterilizer box with water, place the cup inside keeping the lid of the box open, and then place the box in the microwave for 3 minutes. Let the menstrual cup dry upside down in the box.
