Product Overview

Creamy and fresh, ChicP’s Herby Hummus uses lopsided, un-loved vegetables and fresh herbs to make this exuberant spread.

This Herby Hummus from ChicP is a great way to get some greens in. Spinach and parsley give this hummus the earthy, flavoursome profile it boasts. Parsley is rich in antioxidants and chickpeas are full of protein. As a bonus, this Herby Hummus has very few calories.

The vegetables, lemons and rapeseed oil are sourced from UK farms, the chickpeas are from the Middle East and the tahini is from Turkey. Eat this hummus with crudites, smothered onto toast or as a gorgeous addition to salad bowls.

ChicP is famous for using UK vegetables that would otherwise go in the bin. Over 4.5 million tonnes of vegetables are unnecessarily binned each year in the UK. Hannah, the founder of ChicP, hated seeing all of the wasted food in catering as a private chef, which inspired her to create this sustainable brand.

Ingredients

Cooked Chickpeas, Spinach, Parsley, Rapeseed Oil, Tahini, Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Garlic Puree.

Allergens: Sesame Seeds.
